Seeing an old friend all grown up.
I haven't seen Jamie since we graduated high school, which is a longer time ago than I care to mention! So when she contacted me to sign up for one of my mini session slots, I was so excited! It was such a pleasure seeing her and meeting her beautiful family! We only spent a short time together, but I can tell they all have tremendous love for each other and that they must have a lot of fun. Their sweet little girl not only has her Mama's beautiful curls, but also her outgoing and playful personality! She was full of roars and ferocious kisses for her baby brother, who clearly finds his sister very amusing and captivating (but not quite as interesting as SAND)! I was also delighted to capture some precious breastfeeding moments. As a mama who nursed her boys for at least 5 years, I know the joy from nurturing and bonding that goes along with nursing your baby, and how fleeting and that time is. I think it's wonderful that we were able to photograph some of their special time together.
